Reservation Deposit / Booking Fee
Reservation Deposit of 30% is required to be transferred within 7 days after the booking is made.The remaining 70% balance must be paid before we release the online gallery (all files) to you.
Reservation Deposit are strictly non transferable to another person. Your deposit fee goes towards paying the studio rental. This fee is therefore non-refundable and non-transferable to another client and cannot be used towards another session.
Cancellation or Reschedule
If you have to cancel the session, please let us know 2 weeks before the photo shoot date therefore, your deposit fee will be returned in full.
Deposit fee is not refundable if you give us short notice (less than 2 weeks) for cancellation.
Reschedule is allowed as long as we have space and time slot match for you.
Edited Images
Final edited images cannot be revised. Your images will be edited for exposure, cropping, composition, and colour correction. Your edited image gallery will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks after your session. You are able to choose and download 15 of your favourite images. You may also purchase additional digital images for $6.5/each.
Retouching includes digital imaging (for instance: removing wrinkles, acne, hair, etc) is not included. There will be extra charge for retouching services. Please consult with us if you would like your images to be retouched.
